ABB has been designing recycling equipment and ready-to-use systems for manufacturing super fine rubber powder. We are in a position to reactivate rubber powder from used tires by means of a grinding process which occurs by providing a comprehensive high-pressure required for curing rubber particles and provide auto catalytic chain reaction of brittle fracture. As a result we have the Globular rubber powder with a high density of free radicals and active centers. Represented connection between individual globules is macro and between the globular zone, micro nano-porous structures. B
This powder replaces large amounts of rubber compound and additionally decreases the price of the end-product. Addition of fine rubber powder did not cause any changes in the properties such as abrasion resistance, elongation at break, tensile strength, dynamic fatigue resistance , modulus, tear strength and rheological properties of rubber compounds. Thanks to the great activity of our fine powder, this mix does not cause any difficulties, and represents a new direction for the rubber industry. Recycling of waste from rubber industry, allows 100% return into their to rubber compounds.
